So this is my first blog of the ENC 1102 semester and it's been interesting trying to set it up just how i want it so far. I had never really heard of Blog.com, but i see it is very similar to Live Journal and Xanga where it is just a place to express your thoughts on diverse topics as well as to add friends and receive comments on what you write. I actually like writing in blogs like this but had never been asked to do so for a class. I feel it is a quick and simple way of giving your opinion on anything. This is just the introduction to my way of viewing life. The picture icons i added to this entry are just some of the hundreds that i have saved. I love and enjoy photos and learning new sayings/"words of wisdom". I think the power of words is an extreme one due to the fact that is has the capacity to alter someones point of view or emotions immediately. Life is something we should all be happy to continue daily. It is a period of time that allows us to achieve our greatest goals and dream big. As we go along we see that we are the only ones we can count on. If we don't do things for ourself no one else will. That's why it is important to do whatever you wish as long as it is something positive because people will not always like your decisions and people will always criticize.
